The terms ‘us’ or ‘our’ or ‘we’ refers to Local Tickets, the owner of the Website, whose registered office is in Queensland. The term ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the website user.

c) our Event Organiser Terms (for Event Organisers); and
d) our Equipment Hire Terms (for Event Organisers who hire our equipment); and
e) our Ticket Purchaser Terms (for ticket purchasers); and
f) our End User Licence Agreement (EULA) for users of our Local Tickets’ Application (App); and lastly
g) any other terms and conditions that may appear on the Website from time to time (for example, competition terms and conditions).
All of our Terms are available on our Website. Please review all the Terms relevant to you before using the Website or engaging in any business with us.
Please note that by using, browsing or reading the Website or engaging in any business with us whatsoever, you’re indicating to us that you’ve read, understood and accepted the Terms and that you have legal capacity to enter into an agreement with us.

What we do
Local Tickets is a home-grown Australian company providing online, on-site and on-the-go ticketing solutions as well as a range of associated ticketing services.
How you can use the Website
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Website in accordance with our Terms.
We’re a legitimate Website, looking for legitimate users, so we ask that you only use the Website for lawful purposes, and in a way that doesn’t impact on anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Website.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for users who conduct themselves unlawfully or encourage such conduct, who post any defamatory, obscene, offensive or scandalous material, harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person, disrupt the Website or do anything that would bring Local Tickets into disrepute. This release continues despite cessation of our services to you and survives in perpetuity.
Suspension
Local Tickets may suspend operation of the Website at any time without notice to you.
Changes to Terms
If we decide to change our terms (and we can do so at any time), we’ll post a copy of our revised Terms on the Website. We’ll do our best to let you know that the terms have been updated, however please note that any changes to the terms will take effect immediately on being published on the Website. Your use of the Website or engagement in any business with us whatsoever after publication of our updated Terms, indicates to us your acceptance, acknowledgement and agreement to be bound by the Terms as amended.
Severance
If any part of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable by a Court of competent jurisdiction, that part will be severed and the rest of the terms will remain in force.
Termination
The agreement between us constituted by your use of the Website may be terminated at any time by us without notice, in which case all disclaimers and limitations of liability will survive termination, however, you will no longer be authorised to access the Website.
